The Office of Campus Ministry offers a variety of retreats throughout the year. Each retreat presents a different opportunity to reflect on one’s life, to grow in relationship with God, and to experience community.
The Freshman Retreat: is the largest retreat of the year. Its team of students focuses on the needs and concerns of new students from a Christian perspective through personal talks, small and group discussion. It is held at Melwood Retreat Center in Southern Maryland
Music Ministry Retreat: provide opportunities to travel to a parish and minister to the parishioners through music. This retreat allows the musicians a chance to serve outside of the campus community and grow in their relationships with God and one another.
The Sophomore and Junior Retreats: are designed by members of each class to touch on the unique experiences they share with their peers and to help them continue to live their faith more deeply.
The "Going Deeper" Retreat: This retreat is designed to be a more intensive experience, giving participants a chance to focus on a specific aspect of Roman Catholic spirituality and faith.
The Senior Retreat: offers opportunities for faith reflection and discussion on their final year as undergraduates at CUA and on looking ahead to the future.
