Fr. Bob has been with CUA for over 11 years.  His Cardinal Pride runs deep and he can be seen across the campus supporting students, activities, events and sports.   Fr. Bob can be found in moments of laughter, of crisis, and of frantic last minute homework, always seeking to be present to the students.  In his spare time, he enjoys exploring the beauty and history or the DC area on foot and on his bicycle.

This is Fr. Andy's third year at CUA.  One of Fr. Bob's former students from Western Connecticut State University, Fr. Andy now works with him as an associate university chaplain.  Fr. Andy hails originally from Connecticut, but his most recent assignment in Jonesboro, GA prior to CUA helped him gain an appreciation for southern living and southern cooking. Fr. Andy also has a flair for Asian cuisine and enjoys making sushi in his spare time. 

Jamila Evans
Associate Campus Minister for  Women's Ministry & Social Justice

Jamila joins the staff of Campus Ministry as the new Associate Campus Minister for Women's Ministry and Social Justice.  The former Director of Youth Ministry for the Diocese of Bridgeport, Connecticut, Jamila brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the position.  Jamila is also a proud mom of an adorable son whom the students love seeing on campus.

An alumna of the University, Campus Ministry has been blessed to have Emmjolee working in the office for eight years.  During her time at Catholic, she has built the community service program from the ground up, creating excellent partnerships between the local community and Catholic U.  Emmjolee is expecting her first child this fall and the CUA community is excited to welcome a new member to the family!

Also an alumna of the univeristy, Jessica has worked in Campus Ministry for six years.  Jessica received her Master's of Theological Studies from Harvard University and has brought her great love of the liturgy to help create a vast array of programs and ministries for students to get involved in during their time at Catholic.  Jessica is expecting her first child this fall and the CUA community is excited to welcome the little one to the family!

Jeff began his second year in Campus Ministry this year, bringing his knowledge of the scriptures and experience as a FOCUS missionary to help develop the Retreats and Men's Ministry at Catholic.  His hard work and enthusiasm has helped create some of the best retreats the university campus has ever offered.  A talented guitar player with a gifted musical ear, Jeff can often be heard playing for students during open mic of CUA on Tap and during Praise and Worship Adoration.

Lani joins the Campus Ministry office after working for the past nine years in the School of Nursing, Community Public Health Office at CUA.  Two of her children are alumni of the university. Lani has lived all over the world, but for the past 15 years has called Washington DC home.
