A Commitment to Solidarity with the Homeless

I pledge to come dressed in white to the Vigil For Hope in The Pryz Food Court, on November 15, 2011 starting at 9:00 pm. I commit to gathering with other CUA students this one night in order to serve, pray and help raise awareness regarding the 3.5 million Americans that will experience homelessness just this year. Dressing in white is my small way of recognizing the blessings and privileges in my own life, while at the same time acting in solidarity with my brothers and sisters who live a life unworthy of their great dignity.

Program Board, Funny T-shirts, and Donations

On Monday, November 14th in the Pryz Foyer, Program Board will raise awareness for Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week! Come and get a funny t-shirt with your face on it! Any donation will be appreciated and proceeds will go to purchasing Giant gift cards for the Thanksgiving Food Bags.  Help Brookland Families this Thanksgiving holiday!
